I'm Lizna Nel, a property practitioner at eXp Realty South Africa and an active member of AHA Connect — South Africa's collaborative agent network. Each edition of The Home Selection is built from properties moving through that network: real mandates, real prices, real conditions. Not aggregated portal data. Not algorithmically generated. Curated.

What you get from me that you don't get from a portal: an honest answer on which homes still have room to negotiate, which agents are easy to deal with, what the building inspection actually flagged. The kind of context that saves buyers from R150,000 mistakes and points them toward the right one.

Is this really free?
Yes. The Home Selection is free for qualified buyers. I make my income when I help someone buy a home — not from selling PDFs. So this is genuinely a lead magnet, and you genuinely won't be charged.
Will I get bombarded with calls?
No. The selection arrives by email and WhatsApp within 60 seconds. After that, you'll get one or two follow-up messages over the next week to check if anything caught your eye. If you don't reply, I don't chase. That's the deal.
Are these listings exclusive to you?
No. The five featured homes are mandates held by other agencies in the AHA Connect network — including the wonderful Ingrid Marx at Club Real Estate. I'm representing them as a referring/collaborating agent. I don't gate-keep good homes; I collaborate with the agents who hold them.
What if I'm just browsing, not ready to buy?
Browse away. The selection is designed for buyers across the spectrum — from "casually thinking about Ballito" to "we're moving in three months." Just choose the option that fits when you fill in the form, and the follow-up is calibrated to where you're at.
Will my info stay private?
